Chenwei is a senior Software Architect with over 25 years’ experience working for DHS Hawaii, CalPERS (world's largest public pension fund). Chenwei specializes in information system architecture and integration, cloud migration, security roadmapping, security and privacy assessment, policies, and procedures. Chenwei is responsible for leading OTECyber's program management, prioritization of IT projects, software development life-cycle management, and operational and deployment strategy.
Chenwei completed his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
